Ready to unlock a side of yourself you didn’t know existed? Elevate your movement and embrace your power in this high-energy, six-week choreography intensive! This series is designed to fuse the rhythmic, ground-based energy of Twerk with the vertical strength and grace of Pole Fitness. Over the course of six Saturdays, you will master a full-length routine that focuses on sharp isolations, fluid transitions, and building the stamina required for the stage. Whether you are looking to sharpen your technical skills or simply want to find more confidence in your flow, this series provides a supportive environment to push your limits and learn a captivating sequence from start to finish. While the focus of these six weeks is on mastering the craft and "leveling up" your dance vocabulary, the journey doesn't have to end with the series. For those looking to take their experience to the next level, students will have the exclusive option to participate in a live showcase performance following the completion of the series (details provided in class). From foundation to flair, come prepared to sweat, laugh, and unlock a side of your performance persona you’ve never seen before. All levels are welcome—bring your kneepads, your shorts, and your fire!
