Spin Pole / Aerial Technique (lvl 2+)

Must have completed Pole 2 curriculum for a number of months and qualify for, are taking, or have taken inversion training (inversions are not required but recommended). First-timers to spin pole will not be turned away, yet experience is expected. Hands-free pole sits are essential. Focuses on tips to avoid injury, cramping, fatigue, loss of momentum, and loss of grip. Some spinning tricks and more difficult points of contact are taught. Typically, students here have poled a minimum of 8-12 months.
Reschedule or cancel as many times as you need up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of class time, a reservation will be locked and no credit will be issued.
