Pole Tricks

Service Description
This is a high-intermediate pole class focusing on complex, high-energy, and technical skills, requiring previous experience with inversions and intermediate tricks. Students master advanced aerial combos, shoulder mounts, drops, flips, and static or spin rotations while building strength for advanced handsprings. Instructor approval is generally required.
