"The arts are a challenging and under-appreciated field. However, I believe very deeply in the importance of creative work for individuals/communities and for social change. We need more art in the world - not merely for entertainment, but for the well-being of our communities, to reconnect to the self, and to foster a more universal and inclusive language. Being an artist is a constant risk, but one that is well worth the moments of inspiration that allow us to create, perform, share, teach and inspire."
A barefoot, lvl 2+ class for students who are comfortable and proficient switching between grips while sitting on the pole. Tolerance recommended at armpit, elbow, and knee-pit points of contact. Hands-free confidence a must! (Don't worry, it's brief-- use those mighty thighs!)
Class will randomly be between static and spin modes. Instructors assume some experience on both.
Prerequisites: foundations, climbing, and three (if twice a week) to six months of consistent pole 2 practice.
Reschedule or cancel as many times as you need up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of class time, a reservation will be locked and no credit will be issued.
