Service Description
Reconnect with your sensual foundation through grounded and intentional movement that seamlessly blends strength, softness, and self-intimacy. These classes focus on base work, including floor transitions and hip articulations, while fostering presence and emotion through expressive choreography. Appropriate for all polers who have satisfied the newcomer curriculum. Heels are welcome -- the instructor will be barefoot. Come join us for some yummy movement!
