"The arts are a challenging and under-appreciated field. However, I believe very deeply in the importance of creative work for individuals/communities and for social change. We need more art in the world - not merely for entertainment, but for the well-being of our communities, to reconnect to the self, and to foster a more universal and inclusive language. Being an artist is a constant risk, but one that is well worth the moments of inspiration that allow us to create, perform, share, teach and inspire."

Are you ready to get Low?
This class is for the student looking to turn individual pole moves into choreography and dance it out. Low Flow focuses on using transitions, floorwork, and spin combos to gain confidence in freestyling and pole dancing. In Low Flow, each week we will work on combining both spins and floorwork, without relying heavily on pole tricks in order to build fluidity in your dancing and keep you moving!
This dance-based exercise will give you a full-body workout as we build strength and stamina through dance flows and ends with a group stretch to work on increasing flexibility.
Leg warmers, long socks, or knee pads may be used for floorwork.
Reschedule or cancel as many times as you need up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of class time, a reservation will be locked and no credit will be issued.
