This class focuses on body awareness, confidence and conditioning, enhancing movements and fluidity, and exploring the natural sensuality of a woman in a positive, empowering, and comfortable atmosphere. Heavy concentration on: Floorwork skills & tricks Low flow tricks Body isolations (leg waves, body rolls, etc.) Musicality This is a choreographed class with an intensive, sensual body resistance warm-up to tone and learn sexy transitions. Moves aren't necessarily taught here, but put together to one song for the entire class. Polers are assumed to be a strong Pole 2. Inversion training is not required but suggested. Feel free to be sexy- bodysuits, fishnet, bralettes, etc and be sure to bring your heels and kneepads/legwarmers/long socks. This is Western style exotic dance, versus Russian or Classique.
