Service Description
Reconnect with your sensual foundation through grounded and intentional movement that seamlessly blends strength, softness, and self-intimacy. These classes focus on base work, including floor transitions and hip articulations, while fostering presence and emotion through expressive choreography. This aims to empower you in your low flow and freestyle skills. Appropriate for all polers who have a consistent pole practice of at least four months. Heels are welcome -- the instructor will be barefoot. Come join us for some yummy movement!

Reschedule or cancel as many times as you need up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of class time, a reservation will be locked and no credit will be issued.
