Service Description

For review only -- not appropriate for inexperienced pole fitness students. This is a test-out class reviewing the foundational and climbing curriculums entailing the first seven weeks of the newcomer course. Instructors will guage if graduation to Pole 2 is appropriate at this time. Not designed to replace the climbing curriculum for new polers, but functional for those who have completed the newcomer course and taken a short hiatus from pole. You may be sore the day after! Hydrate and stretch after class to avoid discomfort. The instructor will inform you if you are qualified for the next classes, such as Pole 2 or Pole Play Choreo.
