Service Description

A combo-based pole class that utilizes spins, dance around the base of the pole, level changes, and floorwork to explore how to fluidly transition between different elements of low-flow style pole work. Each class (after learning the combo), we'll perform it to more than one song to give students the chance to play with tempo and musicality for themselves. It is recommended to bring knee pads or pants/leg warmers for each class though they might not be necessary each week.

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or cancel as many times as you need up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of class time, a reservation will be locked and no credit will be issued.
