Class Policies

 

All students must arrive 5-10 minutes early for their first class in order to complete a liability waiver and process payment, if one has not already done so.

 

Do not apply moisturizer, oil, lotion, cream, gel, or tanning lotion to your hands, arms, or legs on the morning of class. Please wash your hands when you first arrive at the studio.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Inclement Weather Alert: 
To check if the studio is open due to the weather, please visit our app for the latest notices.

 

Availability Policy:

All classes and instructors are subject to availability. We do our best to accommodate schedules, but please note that instructors may substitute for some classes. We add and remove classes monthly based on interest and enrollment.

 

Payment Policy: 

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Pre-payment in full is due in person before the class (or session).

 

Private Lesson Policy:

All private lesson payments are nonrefundable. If you give 24 hour prior notice, you may transfer your private lesson to a new date without penalty.

 

Pole Party Policy:

All parties must be paid in full at the close of the event. All payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable to another date. If you decide to cancel the event within 7 days prior to the party, the client surrenders the deposit.

 

Sign-Up Policy: 
Full series payment guarantees an advance reservation within the class roster. Class cards provide drop-in abilities to all classes offered with the exception of Beginner Pole and do not guarantee spots available for students. Drop-ins are first come, first served.
