About the Event
This workshop will help encourage your connection with yourself and with your pole using barefoot choreography and sensual music to build confidence throughout your movement and finding new ways to communicate with your pole. The combo is for you to explore a side of you that you may not have unleashed yet while getting to know who you are when you pole. This workshop is for all levels and heels are optional. Wear something that makes you feel yummy :)
