Learn to walk, crouch, and turn in your dance heels!

So you've completed at least one month of your pole fitness foundations and you're ready to add some exotic to your skill repetoire. This workshop focuses on heel aesthetic and safety to create seamless transitions on the pole.  Time will be devoted to study fluidity in leg movements on the floor as well.

Students are guided through various movement & freestyle exercises. Many elements of this class are inspired by essential primal movements. We get down and dirty with some sexy floorwork! Bring kneepads or legwarmers. Heel covers recommended -- expect to be in your heels for the entire workshop. Only formal pole dancing footwear will be accepted (Pleaser, Ellie, LapDance, etc). Shoes are available for purchase in-studio, sizes 5-12, strating at $40.

Some students may require more time to build strength and establish their comfort level with their heels. That’s ok! You may repeat the same level as often as you like. For the rest of December, Kitten Heels & Floorwerk classes are on Thursdays, Fridays in January.
