Chez Nous is an opportunity to move together with other humans and share creative, embodied space. No experience is necessary. You don't have to follow any particular steps. You are free to reach out respectfully to others and see what happens or dance on your own. There's no choreography and no contest. There's no scope for failure, only your own body and spirit-strengthening resolve to discover and open to your own experience. Whether you want to work-out or to worship, whether you want a dance party or a dive into divinity, Chez Nous leaves you FREE - to be where you are, what you are, and to explore the possibilities of what might be... Each time we dance, a new playlist is offered to support exploration of authentic expression.
