A combo-based, heels-optional pole workshop that utilizes spins, dance around the base of the pole, level changes, and floorwork to explore how to fluidly transition between different elements of low-flow style pole work. After learning the combo, we'll perform it to more than one song to give students the chance to play with tempo and musicality for themselves. It is recommended to bring knee pads, pants/leg warmers, and socks for each class though they might not all be necessary.
