You will Work, Shake, Flex, and Slay your way through a fun, challenging workout that will get you results. The Turn Up method and focus is all about mindset, living unapologetically, and dancing ruthlessly. This is a beginner-friendly fitness class and no prior experience is needed. All you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to get out of your comfort zone and own your greatness, and water! The Turn Up vibe is high-energy, stepping into your alter ego, and embracing yourself. Most importantly, get ready to have fun!
