Service Description

Turn Up Dance Fitness is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) inspired dance fitness workout. You will Work, Shake, Flex, and Slay your way through a fun, challenging workout that will get you results. The Turn Up method and focus is all about mindset, living unapologetically, and dancing ruthlessly. This is a beginner-friendly fitness class and no prior experience is needed. All you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to get out of your comfort zone and own your greatness, and water! The Turn Up vibe is high-energy, stepping into your alter ego, and embracing yourself. Most importantly, get ready to have fun!

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or cancel as many times as you need up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of class time, a reservation will be locked and no credit will be issued.
