This event, thoughtfully hosted by Rooted Nest LLC, offers a special restorative session conscientiously designed to help you unwind, relax, and find your inner balance -- especially after the busy (and often stressful) holiday season. Take this opportunity to immerse yourself in the unique and inviting atmosphere Floorplay Dance Center's newly upgraded yoga studio. Embrace a comprehensive and holistic approach to your wellness journey as the year gracefully draws to a close, and set a positive tone for the months ahead! Comfortable yoga mats are available at the studio. Due to Covid, the staff encourages that you bring your own mat, but this is not necessary. Cleaning supplies are ample and used by all!
