Service Description
Come join us for some yummy movement! "Melt Like Candy" is a smooth and sensual floorwork session to help empower you in your low flow and freestyle skills while dancing it out. To reconnect with your sensual foundation — exploring grounded, intentional movement that blends strength, softness, and self-intimacy. This class focuses on base work (floor transitions, hip articulations, and grounding through the legs) while cultivating presence and emotion through choreography. Appropriate for all polers who have satisfied the newcomer curriculum. Heels are welcome -- the instructor will be barefoot.
