Band-Assisted Pole

using resistance bands to spot, align your frame, and assist with lessening the burden of gravity


Service Description

Resistance bands will have a massive impact on your training. Enhance your natural body movements off-setting body weight so you can excel faster and safer! Stretching and conditioning in pole fitness are crucial for both injury prevention and sport development and progression. By focusing on the same movement repeatedly, both the body and nervous system are allowed the needed time to adapt, learn, and improve the coordinating movements that make up the motion. It is very important to remember that it is not practice that makes perfect but ‘perfect practice makes perfect’. Pay close attention to proper biomechanics and joint alignment when doing repetitive movements (reps of conditioning exercises). Repetitive movements without proper joint alignment put the joints at risk of injury and increases the likelihood of an overtraining injury. In short: Poling requires a great deal of commitment and training the body. Bands make sure you're training the right way (especially solo!) and help you develop muscle memory safely without overtraining.

Reschedule or cancel as many times as you need up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of class time, a reservation will be locked and no credit will be issued.
