Ayesha Workshop
High Intermediate
Service Description
Must have hands-free inverted Crucifix and Butterfly (ideally extended butterfly) Workshop is on a static pole with Theraband (provided) Starts with extensive warmup, discussion of shoulder engagement cues, and conditioning drills specific to Ayesha. Covers drills and cues for safe entries & exits and explanation for dropping into a true grip Ayesha. Progressions will be made for more advances entries and movements within Ayesha for advanced students (including elbow or cup grip).
