Adore Pole Freestyle 'shop
lvl 2+ freestyle
Service Description
Learn to adore your body and what it is capable of ! This freestyle class will give you the building blocks to nurture your own movement style. Guided through a series of solo prompts and group exercises, we will focus on sensual flow,-- exploring small details in foundational movement and cultivating a positive mind-body connection. This barefoot workshop will be a combination of spin and static pole. Bring the following: Pen and notebook Knee pads, long pants/ long sleeve, and socks alongside typical pole wear
